Biography

J.D. at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a thesis on European Trademark. He was admitted to the bar of Piacenza in 1997 and to the Supreme Courts in 2010. He has been a partner of CGMA Associated law firm since 1998.

EXPERTISE AND COLLABORATIONS

• Since 1999 he has been cooperating with Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Piacenza in IP and bankruptcy law courses.
• He is a member of AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani, Italian Employment Lawyer Association), of the international network Legalmondo, and of the Camera Civile di Piacenza (Civil Lawyer Association).
• In July 1999 has been elected Member of the Council of the Bar Association of Piacenza
• He speaks Italian and English.
