He is one of CGMA law firm’s senior partners and he specialises in administrative law, especially as far as the dealings between private individuals and public authorities, the rules governing public procurement, labour and social security law, and litigation before the Court of Auditors are concerned.

Biography

Augusto Gruzza, who has been admitted to the Bar since 1972 and has been allowed to practice law before the Supreme Courts since 1986, got his Law degree from University of Parma in 1970.

EXPERTISE AND CO-OPERATIONS

• From 2000 to 2009 he chaired the Bar Council of Piacenza, which he has been a member of since 1984 and was a Delegate to the Italian Lawyers' Pension Fund and to the Lawyers' Social Security Fund from 1994 to 1998.
• From 1988 to 2010 he was a judge of the Provincial Tax Court of Piacenza and he chaired the Board of Statutory Auditors of multi-service public company Enìa S.p.A. from 2005 to 2007.
